Powerball isn't scheduled to change until the 28th of August so it's probably just a local problem in LA.

I was able to buy one in TN for 4 draws today. LA should fix that problem because it's summer and travelers like to stop in and buy multi draws.

I was in Louisiana yesterday and tried to purchase a 20 drawing Powerball ticket. There are 20 drawings before the August 28th change so I thought there would be no problem.Two retailers told me that the Lousiana Lotto said that there is a computer problem and that there would be no Powerball Multidraw sales until August 28th.That's right, you can't even buy a two drawing ticket for this Wednesday and Saturday.Is this a problem in all Powerball states?
