He is always on target for some state or another based on the planets. I know some are drawn between the hours of 7 to 8 e.s.t and others around 11 pm e.s.t.mm and powerball I think are drawn at approx 11 pm e.s.t. one day apart I believe. I really hate when I look at another state and find that a combination I have been playing here in GA fell somewhere else. That has happened a few times. Very frustrating. Yesterday I was completely convinced that 212 was going to fall in the pick 3. It did in two places. Connecticut and Tristate middays. But not GA Evening, which is what I play.
