What is the cut-off time

The cutoff time is 1 hour before the drawing time listed on the Game Information page for the game. Maybe I should make that clearer on the Post Predictions page, because you're not the first to ask.

From the thousands of predictions I have made you would think I would know this , but I don't think I have ever run accross it. When the actual drawing is at 12:30 when is the cut-off time on the prediction page? 1 hour or 1/2 hour ?ez
