Yes, it's perfectly legal. They send the tickets by UPS, so it costs a few dollars for extra that, because they can't use the postal service. I love the idea. It's a bit of fun and if you don't win anything it's only about a hundred bucks, and the money raised is put to good use. Check out the Mass Lottery website. If you are not in you can't win

Massachusetts wasn't listed in the poll, but I do play that lottery. As far as I know, it is the only state lottery to offer subscriptions to out of state residents.Anyone can play the Massachusetts lottery, you don`t have to live in Massachusetts, or have a Massachusetts address. I like the Cash 25 in West Virginia. Only 25 numbers. Odds of winning the $25,000 jackpot only 1 in 177,000 and they will pay up to 10 winners this amount. $250 for 5 numbers, $10 for 4/6 and $1 for 3 numbers. Good odds to win something each draw. Just a little too far for me to drive each week to play. I get to play a couple of times each year on my trip to Illinois. I do get to VA about once a month and I like the Cash 5 at .25 cents a play also.

I'd like to play Kansas ....I like that one a lot, cheap and half a dollar a ticket, and prizes build fast. But I suppose I could play that one if I wanted to badly enough, get friends there to buy my ticks.But I'd also like to have the option of playing Wisconsin's two lottos.... those are fascinating to me.Jack

Yeah VA is cool too. I don't know the odds on the scratch games. However, I like the midday drawings, lotto South, and the $.25 on Cash 5. I can't wait until I try FL lotto. The scratch games are very cool and I would try mega money and lotto. Who knows I may play a grouper. Play QP for all the game and get one free ticket. Not a bad idea. Now if they would have powerball lol.

i like virginia.....i like looking at the winner stories some guy there played a pick 4 number 20 times in one day and a hundred grand.they have had 888 hit like 4 times in the past half year,a very fun and fair lottery.you can also bet a quarter on the cash 5 games,its pretty great....
