			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just another thing I noticed.  Have you guys noticed on all the lotteries websites for the new Mega Millions prize structure that they are emphazising the pari-mutual rule.  They must expect it to happen more often for all the states then with any previous game.  I know the previous games had stipulations in the rules that they could be para-mutual but never seen it advertised that much.  What do you think?Brad</p>]]></description>
