I'm glad you got some answers. Your statement about starting at zero. I know that in programming you have to initialize your counters to zero. You have to add 1 or subtract 1 to something.

Well I think that I have the basics for finding out how many days out the pair is from the formula above. I just have to make some adjustments to my spreadsheet remember that it is a CSE formula.I do not like the fact that it starts the count with 0 (would like it to start with 1) but before I go fiddling around with it I will just have to deal. Thanks Laverne. I will take your advice do just that. You would think that I could just be happy with all the hurdles that I have overcome thus far...but I' m greedy for more ways to take the states money.

Hello there lottaloot, you will get the answer. When you are innovative you will eat, sleep walk the very thing(s) that you are trying to achieve.When I took programming in college, I always wrote down the task in simple words first. Then I would apply it to the programming language. That sounds like a compare statement. Or a counting backwards from the present day's results. Or would you take the current day's results compare it to the previous days results and add 1 or substract 1.I'm hop... [ More ]

this excel formula that I am working on. I can not think about anything else. Trying to determine how to create a forumla that will tell me how many days it's been since a specific pair has been drawn. I am trying to encorporate that into my 7 states tracker. Will resume my 7 states posts when I'm too exhausted to think about the formula anymore or this phase has past
