Got formulas-- need help intrepreting

=MATCH(TRUE,MMULT(--(H2:M4=TEXT(O1, @ )),TRANSPOSE(COLUMN(H2:M4)*0+1))>0,0)-1or=MATCH(TRUE,COUNTIF(OFFSET(H2:M4,ROW(H2:M4)-MIN(ROW(H2:M4)),0,1),O1)>0,0)-1where O1 would contain the pair of interest.It's a CSE formula. Any excel experts to intrepret this for me prehaps make an easier formula --because I did not write thisgot an excel genie to do it for me but they have no time to explain it to me.And I can't make it work until I know how it works well, I can but I don't like not knowing how it...
