			<description><![CDATA[<p>A person who comes by that kind of money honestly, but without earning it owes it to himself to prove that the poor and uneducated are a major pain in the arse when they come by a lot of money.  That can manifest itself in a lot of ways after a poor and undereducated person gets the hang of it and weaves it into all the facets of his/her life.But where paying for things is concerned, seems to me the obvious way to pay is with gold. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Mostly credit cards. Rollover within a month , pay off, and proceed to get all those reward perks in the process! Ones FICO doesnt automatically bounce to 850+ merely from winning a mountain of cash. It takes time to both raise the score and move away from any past negative markings. Too many credit cards isnt a good thing either though. Moderation seems to be the key!I&#x27;d pay cash though for real estate. Why pay a bank to loan money that you already have? 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I will use cash for some stuff debit card for some stuff  credit cards for some aditional credit scores and possibly pay of some large loans from time to time to build credit scores. Additionally after i splurge for the stuff i need and want i will set a limit on the ammount i spend each month and buy into some porfolio that will recoupe what i might spend.</p>]]></description>
