It actually will have a 60% payout for sure. It's the law now.

FL Lotto may soon have a 60% payback, compared to 38%-40% in NY Lotto.

Jackpot up to $21 Million. That's more than I've seen for a while. I still have a Multidraw from where I went to Mobile, AL a last week. We'll see.
