			<description><![CDATA[<p>A  Key #  means that the predictor believes the winning number will contain that digit.  Pick any number and you have all possible box combos covered with 55 tickets.  The trick is to come up with the Key # more often than chance (it looks like Bryan can do that) and then either play all 55 tickets or find a filter that will reduce it.  I played the zero in Georgia but used only the Odd sum tickets and the draw was 000 (Even)!  So, my filter failed that time</p>]]></description>
