			<description><![CDATA[<p>I wonder if the tax law regarding the lottery will ever change here in the US. By taxing jackpot winners, its bascially a sort of double taxation. Ofcourse the tax revenue is nice for the government but how can European countries afford to forgo that tax income from lottery winners and still raise enough money for government services? I think in this sense our government is just being greedy. When it comes to lottery, Europe is just so much more advance.
