Actually, Jimmy, they could probably use a couple of other things:1) Some groundswell change in the life there so's to encourage the people who live there to like it enough not to migrate to the Southwestern US (Except AZ and Texas)2) Some fundamental re-thinking of their statutes involving firearms3) A method of speaking that doesn't leave the listener several paragraphs behind the speaker. Particularly taxicab drivers.Jack
