Too good. Anyway, I think any games in the future in states not now running them will start off computerized. It's much cheaper for the states, and let's face facts...the states don't run these games because they care about the players. This is America after all, and like everything else, always remember it's all about the money.

what i was referring to is midday drawings used to be televised like the evening drawing is they cut it out o long time ago you only get to see the midday number come across the bottom of tv screen. at nite you can watch it live

Anyone who reads the State Lottery Report Card can clearly see that Ohio is 100% true lottery drawings - no computers.I would recommend becoming more familiar with that page

i quit playing in louisiana just because it is computerized-they cut off play time 30 min before-figure what number has been played less so they won't get hurt that much--then toss it out--that's what i truly believe

I don't know. They thought players wouldn't care, and that it would save a little money. What they didn't realize is that money saved would be no where near the money they stopped getting from the loss of confidence.

thanks for the info.what years did this start happening? what caused it to start? it certainly got out of hand.missouri had a great lottery till last year when they went computerized.....

With the exception of Nebraska, they all used balls at one time. Some longer than others. Like Missouri, it has televised draws right up until going to the rig-o-matic. But others, like British Columbia, have used computers since the late 80's.

i was wondering something.these computerized states...were they all done with ball drawings at one time??? if so what state started the trend of computerized drawings and what was the original reason they did so?also has any state ever had ball drawings and went to computers and then back to balls again?i worry that before its over this will have a domino effect and eventually all states will end up computerized.i'm surprised that more players haven't fought when this has happened in their state...
