			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t think CT would hurt the jackpot growth too much, it could stay as it is even with CT. But they said they&#x27;d only let one more state in, and that was CA, so CT may need pitch together a few states and create a big game of their own (maybe with Florida and the Canadian provinces).</p>]]></description>
