			<description><![CDATA[<p>I started when the PA lottery started.   1976 I think ... I had this thing about numbers that did not show.  I think there were 9 left to show in the daily number when I jumped on them.  I played the until they all showed.  Not a real good Idea in when I look back.  But, did I learn my lesson?  NO.....In the big 4 I played a number that happen to be my address.  3798    Now, I did happen to have 4$ straight the day it showed.
