			<description><![CDATA[<p>Can anyone explain what is going on with all these repeat numbers in the pick 3????  Are we in some kind of moon cycle for repeaters???  I can&#x27;t believe the number of states where this has happened this month.  TX, IL, GA, SC and others.  What&#x27;s going on!!!  Maybe we should just play back the previous number, we should get a win with that strategy.</p>]]></description>
