If you play scratch offs in SC listen up. Today the lottery started up $100 million Cash Bonanza. Top Prize $1 million. (not sure if it's annuity or cash). Odds are 1:3.19. There is over $100 million in cash prizes. This is on the heals of another $10 ticket called cool cash which was introduced in early July.
