The odds would be ridiculous as if 170 million to 1 isn't bad enough. If they're going to create a new mega lottery, i think the authorities would be well advised to counter program against the current format of one winner take all. Maybe they could run a monthly lottery where the sales for that month determine the number of million-dollar winners.
