What's wrong with Kentucky? They have Powerball (and by defualt, Powerplay), and Lotto South. How can you go wrong with that? I guess the grass is always greener on the other side I guess. Even I, as much as I love the PA Lottery, long for NJ Lottery and Pick-6 Lotto and Pick 3/4 with Instant Match.
