The 49% payback, for once, makes NY Lotto comparable with other jackpot games. If only someone could bring up a bill in the state legislature making a hike in the prize return permanent.

The NY Lotto bonus prizes are temporary. I doubt the return is 50%.NY Lotto makes AZ Fantasy Five look like a great game.

I can think of so many games worse than New York Lotto. A low payout is not enough to keep me from playing. Hey, Arizona Fantasy 5 only pays 45%, and that doesn't even have 2 plays for a buck. Why don't you complain about that. It's a bigot lottery anyway.

I don't know why you complain about it. Try the new WA lotto. The prize never breaks 5 million (as an annuity) and it's computer drawn. Pretty crappy for a 1:7 million game. Even Oregon has a better state lottery game.

prizes are and roll overs are terrible but once the jackpot is high you cant beat 2 games for a dollar ,so its just a waiting game till i see the jackpot i like before i start wasting my $$ on it but it just takes forever to build up a pot
