The 9 showed up after 16 days as 3943....and I played 3941 Now the 1 is out 5 days.

How about WI Pick 4 as of this morning......Hasn't shown a 9 in SIXTEEN DAYS !That has to translate into a Pick 3 type of outage of much more, since in Pick 4 you have an extra position for any digit to show up in....
