			<description><![CDATA[<p>You are assuming only the winners are paying $2 or their tickets.  I would be surprised if when the extra amount paid by all powerplay players is compared to the extra amount paid to powerplay winners averaged more than 50% of the extra sales.  I doubt if states would offer powerplay if they got less than 50% of the extra sales.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>PowerPlay is a great way to shift the overall payout potential to some of the highest in the nation. Look at this chart at the overall payouts for each multipiler.   Base $1 play or 2x - 50%   3x - 58.665%   4x - 67.33%   5x - 75.995%I may have said it was higher before, but did&#x27;nt know the actual payout percentages, nor did I factor in the extra dollar. Still, the chance at an almost 76% payout is well worth it in my book.</p>]]></description>
