			<description><![CDATA[<p>California&#x27;s second prize level in Mega Millions is also terrible the drawing after it is hit. For example, on August 16th, the draw after there was a California 5+0 winner, the second prize was $130,000, compared to $250,000 for all the other states.If you checked the USA Mega Drawing Information page, you&#x27;d have seen that.That&#x27;s the nature of the beast, but once again you use the opportunity to bash the NY Lotto when the topic was Mega Millions, and had nothing to do with NY.
