			<description><![CDATA[<p>I remember playing Daily Millions in Rhode Island. Annuity4Life was a bad idea; unfortuately OR and WA started similar games; at least WA replaced it with a scratch game with a cash option.Maybe MUSL should have offered Hot Lotto (with a different name, since Idaho came out with a pick-5 called HL) instead of Daily Millions; more MUSL members like Rhode Island probably would have offered it. HL also should have been drawn Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Daily Millions was a multi-state game that involved picking 2 red balls, 2 white balls, and 2 blue balls. Matching all 6 won a million dollars in cash. It showed promise initially, it even had televised draws with a special machine made just for DM. Unfortunately, sales were low and therefore prompted it&#x27;s replacement with Cash 4 Life, which was based off New Jersey&#x27;s Lotzee. It started a cycle of less and less original ideas from MUSL.If I was in charge, it would be the same situation.
