			<description><![CDATA[<p>The reason is this. Cash 5 in PA is more popular than Rolling Cash 5. More popular by leaps and bounds. But I will say this, expect those paltry rolls to change when they switch a classic game in Super Lotto, with a niche game in Lot &#x27;O Play. They should&#x27;nt have switched games. They should&#x27;ve just added it on.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Maybe someone can explain this to me.In Ohio,the  Rolling Cash 5 ,without a winner,the next day&#x27;s jackpot increses from 100,000 to 110,000,it&#x27;s always the same.However,in PA&#x27;s  Cash 5 ,without a winner,the jackpot increases from 100,000 to 200,000.The 2 states are fairly close populationwise,and I find it hard to beleve that PA has that many more lottery players than Ohio.</p>]]></description>
