Winsum is trying to show the power when at least 3 digits or 3 sums are missing at the same time. When they all 3 miss hitting for several days together. This is sort of rare for 3 to miss all at the same time. True for digits or sums. That's why most states only have one or two digits missing now on the list. Almost none miss all 3 sums for a long long time. That's why there are so few listed. When there are situations where all 3 sums miss together for a long time a hit is extremely close.... [ More ]

ddp,The digits represent the following conditions:Digits in all 3 positions that are 5 or more skips in all 3 positionsSums are Root Sums that are 24 or more skips. I call them Root Sums. They might be called by another animal. You add all 3 positions of the pick 3 . For example 7 6 5 = 7 + 6 + 5 = 18 Root Sum 8All you do is take the last digit of the total sum.
