			<description><![CDATA[<p>With both GA and IL having five winners each it wouldn&#x27;t be bad to assume some of them belong to the same person.  The numbers were lower but the odds against that are long.  GA actually had to lose money on this last drawing.  They had to pay out $1,250,000 in second tier prizes alone and only sold 1.5 million in tickets.  IL sold only 1.9 million so they should of lost money too.  But good thing for reserves.Brad</p>]]></description>
