			<description><![CDATA[<p>I guess it depends on what price you are refering too?  In a $1 game, you will not see a $50,000 prize.  But in a $5, $10, or $20 you will see more depending on the price of the game.  For me, I would rather have more lower prizes in the $100 and $500 range than more prizes at the $50,000 range.  That&#x27;s the balancing act, of providing enough top prizes while still allowing the game to have enough $100 and $500 prizes. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>This question came to me because it always seems here in MI, that the lottery never, and I mean NEVER, decides to put more than 4 top prizes in any new scratch game. Even the 2nd prizes are almost non-existent. Usually, if you look at the odds (which of course they don&#x27;t make available online), the odds for hitting the top prize OR the 2nd prize are almost always the same - usually around 1 in 1,700,000 for BOTH first and second prizes.</p>]]></description>
