			<description><![CDATA[<p>I was able to respond for the Powerball news thread. I was happy to see annual payments go up slowly each year like CA SLP. I&#x27;m also happy they increased the number of WB from 53 to 55. I was a little disappointed that the number of red PB stayed at 42 when I had demanded 45 [From the 5/45+1/45 matric] or 46 [From current Mega Millions].</p>]]></description>
