New Orleans got lucky, thank goodness. Tough gig for Mississippi, however. Those folks have been awfully unlucky enough times, hopefully, to have been better prepared this time. I'm not much up to date on things here, but I'm surely wishing those Mississippians whatever's the best possible outcome of all this.Jack

Forget a Dogpile search. The best page for this is the Jackpot Analysis page at USA Mega. It doesn't exist anywhere else on the Internet. Why do a search?However, I do need to update the Powerball Jackpot Analysis page, because of the new graduated payments.

Well if I lived in New Orleans I'd be primarily worried about the weather. Over all I like the idea of posting the cash value since it's more true to what you actually win.

I should because that way I know what would happen if I win a jackpot and take teh lump sum. I hope someone from LP wins a MM or PB jackpot coming soon and taking lump sum all the way.

The changes in PB calculations for lump sums might get a bit confusing to people who haven't won the jackpot and would like to have some idea how much pre-tax lump would be.I'm wondering if anyone but me would like to see bannered somewhere here, current ongoing pre-tax lump sum values of the PB and MM jackpots.I'd like it, I think, provided the weather's good.Jack
