Are you so obsessed with your ideal lottery situation that you even use a tragedy to futher your agenda? Why not say NY Lotto should raise it's payouts to rebound from 9/11 . Or maybe, Germany should join EuroMillions in order to rebound from the Holocaust . That last one may be an anachronism, but you get the point. People are dying!!! And you're using that to peddle this crappy game you love so much

I've been calling for at least one state to join Lotto South, and for the matrix to expand. What an excuse for trying to recoup lost revenue, after New Orleans is cleaned up.
