Only states with Scientific Games terminals (found in SC, IA, the Tri-State consortium, and soon OK), and former AWI states like PA and MD, can use it because SciGames owns the patent. On the other hand I think GTech owns the patent on Ohio&#x27;s new game.</p>]]></description>
