I said it. Only states with Scientific Games terminals (found in SC, IA, the Tri-State consortium, and soon OK), and former AWI states like PA and MD, can use it because SciGames owns the patent. On the other hand I think GTech owns the patent on Ohio's new game.

jimmy:Who was it that said only lottery states with a certain kind of terminal (not Gtech) could sell a Triple Play/Match 6 type of game? (NY has Gtech).

As long as TSM stays around, I don't think they can go wrong. I think they found a winner with Triple Play, so they might want to extend their good idea streak with an improved Tri-State Megabucks.
