			<description><![CDATA[<p>As I mentioned earlier.. My plate is full .. There is no room on chart.  I discovered if you are focusing on too many states at one time, you can not see the tree for the forest.. sorta speak.. DE isn&#x27;t that hard.. just keep vtracs records and you will find a pattern... and will start to see some great hits...</p>]]></description>

See the vtrac number in Tn  3335?  I decided to play vtrac 335 553 in TN&#x27;s pick 3.. and caught the 997 which is vtrac  553.....Should have caught Ga&#x27;s  497  which is  553 as well.. but didn&#x27;t play...</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>My log is full..  I keep a grid chart for the month and it only has room for a certain amount of draws and  vtracs...  It isn&#x27;t that hard to do...  Get some grid paper..list the draw on one column and then the vtrac number on the next...Watch these for the month.. you will get a feel of what will come.. Ex TN Pick 4 Draw number                          vtrac #6 4 2 7                                      2 5 3 32 7 2 9                                       3 3 3 55 4 2 7</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Observation on today&#x27;s weird plays.. Ky.. midday  484  Eve 448  same vtracsSC Midday 828  EVE  887  same vtracs I am watching pick 4 vtracs as well as pick 3 for several states...Observed...  Pick 4 vtrac numbers show up in pick 3...Pick 3 vtrac will show up in pick 4 with one doubled... got TN tonight playing that way...  did back track.. and noticed it happened a lot in August.. TN/GA/Ky are swapping vtrac numbers.. so close in plays NY/NJ are swapping...
