			<description><![CDATA[<p>4,,,,,,,,7,,,,, 0  all missing digits and out together at least 5 draws for PA. evening. Odds are good that at least one will show.  Good filter of last resort or one to start with.          7 9 2  ,,,,,,,, the digit 7 tonight for PA. // Works very well most of the time. Finding 3 digits missing at the same time for 5 draws. Works even better when your State goes 6 days...... then you really can have a lot more confidence in your action.
