			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sorry:  I did not communicate effectively when I asked the question. In yesterday&#x27;s midday games (all 19 states) only 1 #3 was drawn   it came in pos 3.I was really wondering if it would be probable to assume that the 3 would appear in today&#x27;s midday game as a double. It did double in the evening games which threw me for a loop which is why I couldn&#x27;t determine whether or not it would double. But It seems that the lottery made up for those missing 3&#x27;s by supplementing the 38 instead. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lottaloot,  Chances are the same each draw for each position, you have 1 chance in 10 for any digit to be drawn in position 1, position 2 and position 3.  Probabilities are a different story. If a single digit has not been drawn in any position in 10 draws , then each draw after 10 the probability of that digit coming will increase.  In a negative expectation game, such as lotto, then I think  (IMHO) the  gamble should always be given to the best probability of an event.
