I still think it stinks that you have to be 21 to play the IA Lottery. From what I know it will be 18 to buy Oklahoma tickets when its lottery starts next week.

2 hours before draw is the cut off for powerball tickets that is just crazy. What do they need two hours to find what numbers not to draw

are there anyone here from iowa? if you are do you know when the machines for buying hot lotto are turned off and then on again? i might be able to come up from kansas city to buy a hot lotto ticket. i will probably do it saturday or sunday night this weekend. i think i will be coming up I-29 to get the ticket. so any help will be a lot of help.
