Thanks Jazzy Jasper,I've always used this system. But I always thought that they were each other like a 0 is a 5 and a five is a 0. I didn't realize that you just add 5 to the single digit. We called it the flip side. When ever people would say oh I can't remembe that , I would say it's easy. They are each other. Got a wrinke in my brain today. I use the egyptian method (don't carry) when I do my other workouts.
