BA, you do great work! I only get on ya because I think you could do outstanding work....keep it up! I think I am the only person on here who challenges you to the next level. If I didn't care, I wouldn't do it.

As you know there are manyworkouts.Scanning my postsI have done many trialsAmazing posts,Solaris posts.Fantastic posts to name a few.Creating workout variationswith solid key numbers/pairsseems endless. But the work must be done to find consistency.Working on something new or redesignedfrom workouts rendered on theforum.Hopeful factors will gelfor more through outcome
