You are right Diva...I think that it's best to pick your own numbers,you never know,but if you look at how the numbers come out that quick pick gives,they are either all high numbers or all low numbers,I mean,come on...Sometimes the winning numbers are as follows 3-6-17-18-23-32 u see how the numbers flip an follow after one another,you have to be deep into how the numbers come out,I do good in the fantasy 5,with picking my own numbers,i've picked 4 out of five everyday this week so far,who know... I think I will have to have a 170 cash pot minimum to play PB judging from how low the cash pot is compared to the annuity prize. I think if MM rolls it would have to cut into Powerball's sales.

The figure in Powerball's press release probably includes PowerPlay sales as well. I rely on http://www.lottoreport.com/salescomparison.htm for the draw sales for both PB and MM.

Players purchased more than $17.8 million in tickets between Sunday and Wednesday night.That is from the Powerball Website. But you have to look at the fact that MM is very high right now too. When MM is hit Friday PB will have more takers.

The lotteries sold only 15.7 million Powerball tickets for last night's drawing, which is about 4 million less than normal for the $80 million level.

I have tickets for both PB MM. I feel fortunate to live close by, where I can purchase both. It would be interesting if PB reached $200million and MM reached $400 at the same time.

I think that since mega millions has the spot light powerball will continue to roll and mega will probably be hit in the next two draws. Then it will be powerballs turn to get a good run I hope.

Powerball doesn't have a bad JP either. Glad I have a MM and PB ticket
