For 1 in 20 million odds it's possible if you hired ten or so people to fill out playslip after playslip after playslip. However, it's not advised, because if the lottery sold another winning ticket, one may lose on the investment.

Can someone buy every ticket?what i mean is if there is a 1 and 20,000,000 chance to win and the jackpot is 100,000,000 then could u buy every ticket combination or not
