			<description><![CDATA[<p>It isn&#x27;t tax free, the tax is paid in the tickets purchased, not out of the jackpot.  Everyone pays a tiny bit of tax so the winner doesn&#x27;t have to, unless they take the prize back to the states.  A good system if you ask me.  Nice lottery games if only they had a 3# prize :-(sigh), my eight lines have three correct more often then not, but those four number wins come too far apart.  Still at less then fifty cents a play from the U.S. for the Monday Million I&#x27;m not complaining too much.
