At this point i still wouldnt rule it out...Alot of states drop that 8356 and then 7 draws. Bang.Especially with those 0's split up like they are. Could still be one on the way.

Evening Pick 4Thu, Sep 22 2005 is 0-6-0-0 Well the 0 out front finally came out and wouldn't you know it, it brings along with it a couple friends.digit 0 sat out in first place 31 draws. I thought triple or quad 4's were due.got fooled again.Digit #4 is now the longest out in first position.
