It confuses me. With the MegaPlier the states get a huge percentage of profits well over the 50% rate they get on most other games. Not only that, jackpots would run longer with that option. When I was in Wisconsin I played 5 tickets each with the PowerPlay option instead of otherwise buying 10 tickets.
