I am not their spokesperson, so if they can't answer your question about their processes, then nobody can. I can see them answering questions about their security up to a point. It would be unwise for any company that is tasked with securing a document to reveal secrets about how they secure it. It would also be unwise from a competitive standpoint.I think this topic is getting beat to death.

I agree in that, yes, these online companies can go a long way to help ease our fears by meeting us halfway and explaining in greater deatil how things are done. Do they have to answer us, no, and they will still make money but the lotto people in here would like to know these details. Me, I'll play either way because I think we all have a legal avenue in case of emergency but explaining to us how things work would be better than trust us . Considering how PTS has to acquire the tickets I think that they're not doing too bad of a job. They are admitting that they can't currently obtain a powerball ticket for you from their web site. How many times have you ordered something on the web and a day later got an email saying OOPS your (widget etc) is on back order. That's why I always get my orders in quickly. The moment the e-mail comes back with my results and the next jackpot, I immediately place my next order.With a service such as this that really DOES buy the lottery tickets (unlike the scam sites out there), you really have to get your order in early if you plan on playing (when the jackpot gets big).

If they can't keep up with 160 million dollar jackpot. They will be in big trouble when the jackpot hits 300 million, and everyone wants to order tickets from them.

I'm glad they responded. Some outfits never realize the impact of communications on the customer. If they had not responded, there would have been a huge negativity on this board - and probably others. Now it is positive

Well as a compliment to their service they replied within 12 hours. They explained that they shut it down when they can't keep up with the volume of orders or as with Euro Lotto they had a disruption with their agents. I all makes sense, I was just hoping it wasn't permanent which it's not. Cheers,

What happen to PTS, you can't order Euro Lotto or Powerball tonight. It happenend in like a split second. It's odd, does anyone know what's going on
