			<description><![CDATA[<p>rj:Colorado Lotto used to pay cash option winners only 40% of the annuity. Some time ago it was changed to 50%, so now CO lump-sum winners get a more realistic amount. I wonder whether OH Lot O&#x27; Play cash option winners will get half of the annuity, or a floating percentage (similar to MM/PB).</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Did you guys see this?And while $1,000,000 is a nice payday,  Sharen Halstead of Colorado Springs did Layman one better -- actually more than four times better by matching all six numbers in the Lotto drawing on Saturday night.  Halstead was the only person to win the $4.4 million Lotto jackpot.  The winning Lotto numbers were:3-4-5-6-22-42.Check out those numbers.Brad</p>]]></description>
