007:It does seem a bit long. In some states (eg Florida) a winner has 60 days from the DRAWING to decide if they want cash. AFAIK Connecticut starts the clock when the ticket is claimed.

CT Classic Lotto has a winning jackpot that has not been claimed since 8/12/05. Seems like a little while. Think someone has the ticket or do think it's lost? I guess two months is not long but at the same time no one has stepped forward? Oddly enough. Hmmm..
