			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes, the camera followed the man into the store as he looked at all the tickets in the plexiglas counter case prior to selecting his three tickets. I think it was in New York City (not sure of this) as many of David Blaine&#x27;s TLC TV segments were filmed there. It looked like the lottery payout office was within a short distance as they walked to it (again, New York City?).This had to be an expensive illusion because to get a $1600 winner you would have to scratch through a lot of tickets...and th... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/120825/456640">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>It probably was an illusion if the guy waiting on a cab bought the tickets at a nearby store, scratched one with a magic coin and then walked into a local lottery office to get his $1600 with in the time of a TV show.Did they show him picking out the tickets in the store?  Was the lottery office close to or in the same town as the store of purchase?  It&#x27;s called mass hallucination.</p>]]></description>

One of the segments had David walking up to a man waiting for a cab and asks  What is your dream?  The man responds,  To win the lottery .David Blaine sends him into a nearby store to buy three random scratch off lottery tickets. When the man comes out with the three tickets, David asks him to pick his favorite ticket of the three.
