			<description><![CDATA[<p>thanks, bobby623, for the info.  the url has  org  instead of  gov ...www.txlottery.orgI haven&#x27;t read the article yet, but don&#x27;t be too comfortable in assuming they&#x27;ve discarded the computer drawing idea.  They&#x27;ve spent money foolishly in the past and this could be another one of those situations.I believe they have 3 machines for Pick 3, of which they rotate monthly (A,B,C).  Don&#x27;t know how long they&#x27;ve used the ones they have....maybe it&#x27;s just time to buy new ones.
