			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well, I agree with Pearl Baily when she said  I been rich and I been poor and rich is better .I&#x27;ve been flabergasted by my friend lately who came into a nice inheritence. Fear of money is the only explaination. Within a week he  gave  it all away.  No thought for future emergencies, improving his quality of life etc. Just a jittery person finding ppl and places to  get rid of it .
