			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi all,  Here In pennsylvania i know of a few stores and self serve machines that have had big winners in the instants, unfortunately not ME.  Anyway, i guess it stands to reason that if i know a store sold a big one that chances are it will be a while until the sell another?  I like the 20 dollar tickets, and was wandering if when i buy a few of them if i should just get a few at one store or stop at several stores?
